PT3 Player for MSX

Alfonso D.C. (aka Dioniso) has just released the ASM code needed to play files created with ZX Pro Tracker (PT3 files). As he announced in this forum thread, this player is capable of playing all features of the PT3 file format without any problems. The player can be used to play PT3 files in your own software, like demos and games.

Hackurl has once again given an MSX twist to the BGM of a Konami game never released on MSX. This time he gave the main theme of Konami's NES game 'Meikyuu Jin Dababa' an SCC sound.

Our Dutch visitors probably know the television show Game Kings, which is regularly being broadcast on the Dutch Music TV station The Box.

Boukichi is rapidly improving his KSR Sound Driver, as just a couple of days after the previous version a new one is released.

As we announced ealier Konami has re-released Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake for mobile phones. nf_ban of Gigamix Online made a photo-report of the commercial comeback of this great MSX 2 classic.

A new version of Bargain, an image compression, decompression toolkit for SCREEN 5 to SCREEN 12 has been released. In the new release the '^' key can be used to change drives in the filebrowser, while the compression information block while displaying images now also shows the filename. As usual, the source codes are included as well.
