Earlier today Ruud van de Moosdijk (MrRudi) released an arrangement of one of the tracks from the popular game SD-Snatcher on a website dedicated to Hideo Kojima's Snatcher series (and of course, a bit of Metal Gear as well) called Junker HQ.

A new version of MESS, the Multiple Emulator Super System based on MAME has been released. As usual, this version incorporates all changes which were made to the latest version of MAME and some emulation specific changes. In this case, none of the changes improve the emulation of MSX computers.

Tilburg 2005 - Change of plans

CGV Tilburg have announced their special computer meeting of the year will be held on April 23rd, 2005. Usually this would be a reason for all (well, at least all Dutch) MSX users to cheer and look forward to a pleasant meeting with many MSX standholders, new hardware, software and demonstrations of new projects.

Boukichi has released a new version of the KSR Sound Driver, which can convert music written in MML to KSS files which can be played with MSXPlug or with Nyyrikki's KSSplay.

This fall Konami will release a new game in the Castlevania saga for Playstation 2: CastleVania: Curse of darkness.
