The LPE-Z80-V1 is a new Z80-card for the EV4 slotexpander. Connecting it directly to the flatcable connector (that usually runs to the MSX slot), a powersupply and the Padial Video card + RTC and PCKeyboard expansions creates a fully working MSX.

The second beta version of Shalom English has been released. The current version has advanced as far as the Portuguese version, which means you can play the game in English up to beating bosses 4 and 5.
The GamePark32 is a portable gameconsole from Korea, that competes with Nintendo's Gameboy Advance. Having a powerful ARM9 processor, 4 channel wireless RF channels (for wireless multiplayer gaming), an USB port, and a good graphics engine, many people found their way to the GamePark.

As far as I know only Moonblaster can be used for editting songs for the Moonsound.
C-BIOS 0.12
Boukichi released version 0.12 of his MSX compatible BIOS. This time there are a lot of improvements. The most important one is that the first steps were made to emulate disk-access. C-BIOS 0.12 can already handle normal double sided disks. If such a disk is detected, you can select a file and run it right at the boot. Disks with special bootsectors etc.

Slotman of MSX Files started translating Shalom to English. Most of you will know this game as Knightmare 3. After Ricardo Bittencourt translated a large part of this game to Portuguese, he gave the translation programs to Slotman in order to make an English translation.

In the past, Yamaha released two soundmodules for the Yamaha CX5M MSX computers. To use these expansions on other MSX computers, a special adapter is needed. Both expansions were quite ahead of their time. The software of the SFG-01 was only capable of saving to cassette, while the software of the SFG-05 could save to disk as well.
