MSX CP/M booting from BEER202 IDE

Hi all.

Some time ago it's been discovered, that CP/M 3.1 can be booted from BEER202 ATA interface. Since that's now the case, I'm gladly offering the prepared HDD image, that you can try in emulator or on real HW.

Still work to be done on CP/M to support larger HDD volumes. As of now it supports only 720K and 360K sized partitions. But, anyway...
