Found an answer and explanation for the disk image that was giving me problems. It was a disk image of Pyro-Man and apparently the original French version only worked on European MSXs and gave screwed up keyboard and joystick on NTSC machines.
Here is a technique against arsonists.

So I first did not catch the joke here because I missed the news... Until I stumbled upon that in the French newspapers: so the president of the United States... really suggested to clean the forests out of... leaves, with... rakes?!? I'm so totally WTFied 
Yes, he accused California of not cleaning their forest enough using finland as an example.
Since, the Finns are laughing at Trump because they do not clean the forests (they are huge there) but they watch them a lot and the climate is not the same as in California (Trump has always denied that the climate can be the cause of catastrophes).
