The Japanese version Victor HC-7 has superimpose, but the European versions JVC HC-7GB / HC-7E don't.
But what does it take to modify the European versions to have super impose? (Does it have the same board inside with all the contacts, but just missing bits?) Anyone compared the internals of the two?
I don't have this machine but now I read on the wiki here that even the European versions have the same hardware inside but some bits removed, does that mean one can try modding them back to enable superimpose? (May be need ntsc vdp?)
